How long does a repair take?
Most screens, batteries and charging ports are done within 48 hours when the part is in stock. We tell you the timing when you book.
Is the online price final?
It's what we work to for the repair you picked. We confirm it after a quick check, and if something else is wrong we ask you before doing anything.
What's the difference between standard and original parts?
Standard parts are good-quality replacements at a lower price. Original or premium parts match the manufacturer's quality, with the best colour and brightness.
Do I need to back up my phone?
We recommend it if you can. Repairs don't normally touch your data, but a backup is always the safe option.
How do I pay?
Bizum, card or cash, once the repair is done and you're happy with it.
Do you buy broken phones?
Yes. Use "Sell my device" above for an offer. The phone must be signed out of iCloud or Google so we can accept it.
